These terms govern your use of ibra.waaka.online and any purchase you make from IBRA CIE. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

2. Your account
You may browse without an account, but placing an order requires one. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, to abuse our returns policy, or in a way that harms other customers or our staff.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and specifications. Photographs are representative; colours can differ between screens and small variations are normal in handmade or natural materials.
If a product turns out to be materially different from its description, that is a fault and clause 8 applies.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation, not when you complete checkout.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description contained an obvious error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in DJF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated before you confirm.
If the destination country charges import duties, those are payable by you on delivery. We cannot calculate or refund them.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Where a price is obviously wrong — an evident pricing error rather than a discount — we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will resolve it.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will trace it with the carrier and either replace or refund it.
7. Returns and cancellation
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with any seals and tags intact.
To start a return, contact us at {{SHOP_EMAIL}} with your order number. We will confirm the return address. Please do not send anything back before we have replied.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Not returnable: items made or personalised to your specification, perishable goods, and sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once opened. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.
8. Faulty items and warranty
If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, its length and terms are stated on the product page.
Fair wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair are not covered.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, layout and logos — belongs to IBRA CIE or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it commercially without our written consent.
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Djibouti, and disputes fall to the courts of Djibouti. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
